it is so much harder to eat right when your on your period. just saying =/

right there with you selena. i drank last night, ate pizza right before bed. ate applebee’s today, then villa garganos. pigging the fuck out. i am never going to loose weight. ive got exactly 7 weeks from today until my wedding. i’m fucking huge!

lunch: bologna cups (2x)
snack: orange
GYM- 30 mins on the treadmill (200 cal) arms, legs, abs.
dinner: shrimp cocktail, crab meat, 4 pickles.
so yesterday-_-_- i had cereal for breakfast, like always
snack: salad from valentines day
lunch: i had my some of my steak from valentines day and potato soup
snack: finished my potato soup & a bite of my honey oat bar
gym: did some arm workouts and spinning for an hour (always kicks my butt)
dinner: a sloppy joe-LOL & diet coke
pasted out at 11pm

of course i haven’t been eating right since my bridal shower saturday. i meant it when i said i have no self control with food =/ going back to the gym today, finally.
careful with all the big dinners and chocolates :)
I’m extremely excited about starting Zumba tomorrow with my RA. I’ve got 18 days to lose a lot of weight.
i’m gonna do this shit right.. i’ve only got seven weeks until my wedding. it’s time to buckle the fuck down. i need to mentally prepare myself! pep pep pep! lol
