I am sooo fat!!!!!!! I have no self control and why am I full yet i still continue to eat and wtf >_< anyways i believe in you good luck in reaching your goal :)
i am seriously the SAME way, i binge all the time =/ anyways. i made a new goal with Sarah yesterday && it starts today! self control starts today, only 3 weeks until my wedding.lol thank you for your support, i hope you figure out how to control your portion control soon just as well. -Jamie

thanks! :) and probably nothing you’ve never heard before.lol i pretty much eat breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner. make sure you eat before you work out, gives you an energy boost you need to make it threw the hard stuff.
